Hindik Smokehouse in Safed was opened to give you what you actually want: excellent smoked meat. We do not chase trends. We stay with the method: choice cuts, precise seasoning and a long, slow smoke. The craft is in every stage, so that every mouthful carries the rich flavour and perfect tenderness of meat done properly.
The restaurant holds the mehadrin kashrut of the Edah HaChareidis, and also to the ruling of the Beit Yosef.
